General Information

IT IS ILLEGAL TO POSSESS A FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT BADGE IN THE USA REGARDLESS OF WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU DO FOR A LIVING. THE ONLY LEGAL POSSESSION OF A FEDERAL BADGE IS BY THE MEMBER OF THE SPECIFIC SERVICE TO WHOM THE BADGE WAS ISSUED. THERE ARE NO EXEMPTIONS UNDER THE LAW FOR CURRENT FEDERAL BADGES.

There are several states which have laws governing the ownership and sale of police badges within those states. Such laws are in place in Illinois, New York, California and several others. Please check your local laws since we don't offer any advice other than what is published on the site.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IT IS A FELONY IN EVERY STATE TO IMPERSONATE A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER!!
These two "collectors" are banned from my list for life:

Kyle Conley - Texas
Daniel Hua - Australia

Another seller to be careful of goes by various names, but always has a shipping address in Sudbury, Ontario.  His last known alias was Ryan Hopkins.  If you come in contact with him, please notify Constable Carrie-Lynn Hotson at the Sudbury, Ontario police department.  He pays instantly with PayPal and within a few days, Paypal notifies the seller that the credit card used was stolen.  He has done this dozens of times and PayPal and Ebay just let it go on.

There are lots of "genuine" California badges being offered.  Almost none are real.  Before you buy one, contact me or do some careful research, i.e. Centurion Shields, etc.
